The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come,
thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory,
forever. Amen.

PRAYER LAYOUT
A Simple Biblical Structure

1. Opening and Reverence
   Acknowledge God for who He is. Enter prayer with humility, worship, and honor.
   
   

2. Thanksgiving
   Express gratitude for what God has done, what He is doing, and what He has promised.
   
   

3. Confession
   Bring sins, shortcomings, and areas of repentance before God with honesty.
   
   

4. Submission and Alignment
   Surrender personal will, plans, and desires to God’s will and direction.
   
   

5. Supplication and Intercession
   Present personal needs and intercede for others, the church, and the world.
   
   

6. Trust and Closing
   Affirm faith in God’s faithfulness and close in confidence and peace.
